How can I search for a product?

You can search for the product you need in the search box at the top right of the Home page. Just enter the name of the product or its intended use.

How do I add an item to my basket?

Go to the product sheet and then click on the button “AGGIUNGI AL CARRELLO” [ADD TO THE BASKET]. The product will be automatically added to the basket. You can at any time, before the order is completed, make changes to the basket.

How can I be sure that my order has been placed correctly?

Immediately after placing your order, a message will appear stating that your order has been successfully placed.
You will receive an email with the details of your order.

How can I track the shipment of my order?

When the order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail from the courier in charge of your order, with instructions on how to track your shipment.

What payment methods can I use?

You can purchase our products by credit card or prepaid transfer.

Are credit card payments safe?

Your data is 100% secure. Your credit card details are sent to GeoTrust during the order process and are protected against unauthorised access by protected by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption.

Is my personal information handled as confidential?

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of art. 13 and European Regulation 2016/679 on the Protection of personal data (“Regulation” or “GDPR”), as amended, and pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 19630/06/2003 of the Code on the protection of personal data (“Privacy Code”). The order I received is incomplete or damaged. What can I do?

Shipping and delivery.

The order is delivered to the buyer by express courier within 5 working days of order processing*. All purchased products will in any case be delivered within 30 days of the request, in accordance with the law.

Delivery can only take place within Italy.

The buyer will receive instructions on how to track the shipment, through the systems and electronic platforms made available by the carrier;

* The expected order delivery times may be subject to changes during busy periods such as the Christmas holidays.

I am a private person, can I request an invoice?

An electronic invoice will be issued to private customers and on customer request, pursuant to Law no. 205/2017, art. 1, paragraph 909 on “Electronic Invoicing” to individuals. When requesting an invoice, you undertake to provide all the necessary details and your tax reference number. The information you provide will be used to issue the invoice. Can I request an invoice in my company name?

No. The sale of products from www.markaclenaning.com is reserved for individuals. We cannot therefore issue invoices to VAT registered companies or individuals.

I would like to purchase a product for my company, is it possible?
